Doyno Realty, Inc. provides a variety of online services and information to Buyers, Sellers, Investors, and Professional Agents and Brokers of real estate. Doyno Realty, Inc. highly values your privacy, feedback and candor. Any user information we collect is considered private and we do not use it or share it except as permitted herein, without the user's permission. We use this personal information at Doyno Realty, Inc. to provide the best quality service possible. Information Collection & Use

Registration: In order to access certain information on this web site, you must first complete the registration form and/or create a user name and password. During registration you are required to give contact information such as name, company name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address and if you have a working relationship and/or agreement with any other real estate broker and/or real estate agent. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

You have the option to provide demographic information such as income level, purchase and/or sale limits and/or budgets, property requirements and/or criteria, currently owned property status, desired location to us; we encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you more personalized experience on our site.

We may use third party service providers to contact these surveys; that company is prohibited from using our users' personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Tell-A-Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend?s name and e-mail address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time e-mail inviting him or her to visit the site, and add them to our e-mail newsletter recipient list. Doyno Realty, Inc. stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail, e-mail newsletter and tracking the success of our referral program.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

We employ a software technology called clear gifs (AKA Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage the content on our website by informing us what content is effective.  Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users.  In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers? personally identifiable information.

We use clear gifs in our HTML based e-mails to let us know which e-mails have been opened by recipients.
